    Bought an off cut last week which I thought was a bargain, when I got home the size was slightly shorter than specified and so did not fit. After phone call and a trip back to the store they were really helpful and swapped it for another carpet that we were happy to swap it with which was also doublecheck for size. Really helpful I will be sure to go back again in the future.
