Unfortunately they did not have any replacement only in Nottingham or I could choose to wait for 2 weeks when they got delivery. Emma, the manager offered me that she gonna pick up the conrtoller for me and I can get it next day at the store. It was such a great experience that someone cares about their customers that much that they willing to do the extra mile for you! I'd like to say thanks again, best customer experience ever! :)
